Three people. One team.

SIA Skill Up brings together environmental engineering, research and software development. Together, we turn complex challenges into practical solutions — from research and design to a digital system and its ongoing maintenance.

Didzis Lauva

Didzis Lauva

Managing director, engineer and digital systems developer at SIA Skill Up. He develops sensor, backend, database, geospatial data and e-learning solutions, and also teaches computer architecture at LBTU and physics at RSU.

Linda Grinberga

Linda Grinberga

Environmental engineer and research project manager at SIA Skill Up. She designs constructed wetlands, wastewater treatment and nature-based solutions, holds a doctorate in environmental engineering and is a certified construction specialist.

Ansis Ēcis

Ansis Ēcis

Educational content developer at SIA Skill Up. He creates learning content and digital education solutions, and also teaches physics at Riga State Gymnasium No. 1 and lectures in the RSU Department of Physics.
